What cruise ship passengers see arriving Key West

When you dock and get off your cruise ship in Key West this video shows you what you'll see - you are right in the middle of Key West Old Town and you have lots of options on what to do.

It does depend which mooring position your cruise ship takes, these pictures show the main mooring positing just off Mallory Square bang in the middle of Key West. If you are unlucky and more than 1 cruise ship is in for the day then you might be out on the Outer Mole, in which case you will need to take a shuttle/trolley bus to transport you the 10 minutes into the center of Key West.

This is the first thing you'll see.A strip of shops just off the gangway in Key West.

Then Key West proper - this is the pedestrian route down to the center of town. The impressive red building on the left is the Old Custom House, now a museum of Key West history.

Decision time. This is Whitehnead Street - if you walk 10 mins up here you'll com to the Hemingway House.

Our down here 8 minutes to Key West harbor and bars.

Or stagger along world famous Duval Street and go to a bar or two, like Sloppy Joe's 2 minutes walk away
